At the meeting, held in the Institute of Public Healrth of Serbia  “Dr Milan Jovanović Batut” a presentation of further steps in managing contaminated sites, with an aim of reducing their health impact in the exposed population, was made, with an emphasis on the intersectorial cooperation. Actually, the presented deliverables are to be incorporated into the National portfolio of actions for environmen and health, which is a joint action of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Environment Protection, supported by the WHO.

Besides representatives of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Environment Protection, meeting was attended by the representatives of the local administration of Bor, as well as representative of the Kolubara Energy Plant and Mines, and the Network of Public Health Institutes.
